Understandably, the internet has fallen in love with this guy.
In a matter of hours, the video has amassed over 8.5 million hits and media outlets all over the continent have been scrambling to arrange interviews and work contracts with him. As the internet's hottest commodity for the moment, Williams has seen job offers flooding in.
Today, Cleveland NewsNet 5 reported about what is perhaps his most lucrative job offer yet: it's been confirmed that the NBA's Cleveland Cavaliers have offered Williams a full-time job doing voiceover work as well as a mortgage on a house.
It looks like this could be the ticket Williams, who is just over two years sober, has been looking for to help turn his life around.
Whatever happens, though, he can be sure he has millions of fans rooting for him.
